The Essex Inter Club Leagues provides opportunities for clubs to play each in a competitive format. The season is spread across two leagues, notably the Autumn-Spring League & the Summer League.

In the Autumn-Spring League, teams are spread across three divisons. There is a Premier Division where the best players compete for the coveted title of the best club in Essex. The current holders of the 2023/24 league are Maldon Park Drive. Division One is split into Divison One East & Division One West and sees clubs compete for promotion to the Premier.

The Summer League has fewer matches with teams spread across four divisions.
