Paul has been coaching for 25+ years and has coached National Champions at both senior and junior level, as well as female and male world top ten players.
Paul has also coached numerous National top 10 juniors in all age groups. He is the current Essex U17 Boys County Coach and East Regional Coach. He has also been a coach educator in South Africa, a Player Liaison / Sponsorship Scout for Head, Coach Mentor and Tutor for England Squash and occasionally guest commentates for PSA Squash TV.
