Essex Men's Over 55's Inter-County Weekend Featured

Essex o55’s Men travelled the 250 miles to Durham to compete in the 2nd Phase of Inter County for the prize of promotion to The Premier League. Suffolk had pulled out, so we had a match on Saturday and Sunday. The venue was the excellent Redcar Squash and Rugby Club. We had a smooth 4 hour run up the A1 with much banter and also had new shirts for both ties, sponsored by Prince.

ESSEX 035’s October 15th Stage 1 Match Report

Essex played hosts to Middlesex and Kent at Bishops Stortford for the over 35’s Regional group stage.
On paper it certainly looked like we had been handed a tough draw and after watching the first match it was clear anything could happen on the day.
First up was Middlesex v Kent which was a nail biting affair and could have gone either way but luckily Middlesex prevailed 3-2 winners.
